Geelong HAUS is a private collection, a family residence, an art gallery and a project space held across two neighbouring buildings in the City of Greater Geelong. It is the realisation of Peter and Vic Hope: to make their art collection genuinely accessible and to place contemporary Australian art at the centre of daily life.
The majority of the collection is housed in the gallery building alongside a project space and commercial kitchen. Adjacent is the Hope's
private residence containing further works. It is from here that house tours depart offering visitors an intimate encounter with are in a
genuinely lived-in environment.
